Since 1981, The Word for the World has been training people throughout the world in Bible translation. Their Diploma in Bible Translation program is a result of 30+ years experience in training Bible translators. It is an interdisciplinary course which was developed in South Africa and is now offered in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia.

Additionally, they offer a consultant development program designed to produce qualified, practice-oriented consultants who can improve and ensure the quality of Bible translations.
