Meeting People's Scripture Needs Today in Asia-Pacific

The planning process is underway for the Forum's Annual Meeting in 2025. The meeting will take place in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
The Annual Meeting is the third with a similar theme, begun in 2023, aimed at listening to and hearing from global voices across different regions of the world. The intention is to better understand Scripture needs in Asia-Pacific, and to become more 'polyphonic' in our knowledge of contemporary Bible mission and ministry globally.

About the Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is the only in-person event in the year for member CEOs or equivalent. The meeting is also open to senior staff of member organizations and specially invited guests. However, participation is only by prior agreement of your member organisation's CEO, President or Executive Director.
The meeting normally takes place in April convening in a destination agreed one or more years in advance.
Annual Meetings provide an opportunity for networking and building relationship across different ministries. The theme each year is designed to explore the leading edge of a particular aspect of Bible mission and ministry as decided by the membership.
Interpretation Support Volunteers
In order to ensure a truly polyphonic experience and exercise linguistic hospitality at the Annual Meeting, we are looking for volunteer interpreters for any pairing of Mandarin Chinese, Indonesian or English. Interpreters will assist with simultaneous interpretation during meeting sessions and in informal networking conversations.
