Mandatory Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)
Everyone travelling to Malaysia must complete a MDAC within three days of arrival. This can only be done online at a this Malaysian government link.
Visas
To find out if you need to obtain a Visa to enter Malaysia click here (opens PDF). The document also details the application process. Visas can be obtained electronically only through the Malaysian Government website where you must also upload the supporting documents required. You should request a letter of invitation via the 'personal details' section when you register (see above).
In summary, the requirement for a visa applies mostly to some African and Balkan countries and those from South Asia. It is not possible to obtain an eVisa if you are travelling on an Israeli passport.
Airport Transfers
You will need to organise your own airport transfers to and from the hotel. The recommendation is to use Grab taxis (the Malaysian equivalent of Uber). We will collect and share arrival detail in late February to enable you to organise ride sharing with others.
The Everly Hotel is 33km from the KL International Airport with a journey time of between 35-60 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
